A Little More About Me

I'm a passionate advocate for health, fitness, and personal development. I've always been interested in these topics, but it wasn't until a few years ago that I decided to make them more of a priority in my life.

At the time, I was healthy but overweight. I had been a member of a fitness center for a few years, but my workouts were inconsistent and I didn't pay enough attention to my diet. I decided to make a change when I planned a long bike ride from northern to southern Utah.

I knew that I wouldn't be able to complete the ride in good shape if I didn't get serious about my fitness. So, I started eating better, exercising regularly, and losing weight. With the help of my wife, Laurel, I was able to lose 35 pounds in about four months.

The process of getting in shape was challenging, but it was also incredibly rewarding. I learned a lot about myself and my body, and I gained a new appreciation for the importance of health and fitness.

After I completed our bike ride, I decided to start this website to share my experiences and insights with others. I hope that my story will inspire you to make your own journey to health and happiness.
